Reservation, Deposit, and Cancellation Policy at Coccoloba
Rates include rent and standard final cleaning charges and are subject to state and local taxes (11.5%). A security deposit is required. At check-in, we ask that you present a cash deposit or money order, which will be held to cover loss, damage and/or excessive cleaning incurred as a result of your occupancy. Settlement will be made after final cleaning and inventory of your unit.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit by money order or certified funds will guarantee your reservation, the balance due no later than 60 days before your scheduled arrival date. No personal checks are accepted. On reservations made less than 45 days prior to arrival date, payment in full by certified funds is required within 3 days of booking. Cancellations made 60 days or more in advance of scheduled arrival date will be subject to a $250 cancellation fee. Those made within 60 days of arrival will receive no refund unless the unit can be re-rented for your original dates.

Check-In and Check-out
Check-in is 3 PM until 6PM at The Tropical Inn, 812 Duval Street. Check-in at an alternate time must be arranged in advance. Check-out is by 11 AM. You must notify The Tropical Inn of your intended check-out time at least 24 hours in advance. A representative will meet you at the
property for check-out.

In order to maintain the relaxing ambience of the compound
and the ultimate enjoyment of our guests, please note:

	Coccoloba is not suitable for children, pets, Spring Breakers, house parties, or entertainment of large groups. Guests found to be in violation will be asked to leave without refund.
	Occupancy is strictly limited to that described for each unit. Extra guests will not be accommodated.
	The pool area is limited to use by registered guests only.
	Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas only. Ashtrays are provided on porches and decks.
